Current service scope
The first release covers travel information, route guidance, paid planning calls and written itinerary planning. It does not promise visa approval, emergency response, supplier availability or a particular travel outcome.
Booking and third-party services
Booking Coordination is not publicly sold until the business has completed its review of applicable qualifications, supplier agreements, payments, refunds, cancellations, insurance and consumer-protection requirements.
Support boundary
Trip Support operates only during the agreed service hours and channels. Medical, police, consular and other emergencies must be directed to official emergency services.
Refunds and revisions
The final published terms must define payment timing, cancellation, refunds, delivery timelines, revision limits, force majeure and the responsible legal entity before paid services go live.
