EDITORIAL POLICY

Useful information needs a method.

Our guides are written to answer one travel question clearly, show what is sourced and make the last review date visible.

Every guide should include

  • A direct answer near the beginning
  • A facts table or comparison
  • Best for and not ideal for guidance
  • Author, reviewer and last editorial review
  • Official or authoritative sources for important claims
  • A page-specific next step, not a generic contact link

Corrections and updates

Policy, entry, payment, transport and safety information can change. We record review dates, cite the relevant source and state the limits of what a page can guarantee. When a material error is found, the page should be corrected and the change reviewed.

AI-assisted work

AI may help with drafting or organization, but pages must not be published as bulk, interchangeable content. A responsible editor checks the sources, adds original route judgment and owns the update cycle.
