What we may receive
If you contact us, we may receive your name or nickname, email address, travel month, trip length, number of travelers, route interests and the questions you choose to share.
Website attribution
When you click a consultation or contact link, the site may record the page URL, page type, selected city or route, language, campaign parameters (UTM), referring page, an anonymous session identifier and the selected contact channel. We use this information to understand which pages generate useful enquiries and to improve the site; it is not used to read the content of your WhatsApp, email, phone or Line conversations.
Attribution records are stored in the site’s Cloudflare D1 database. The current operational target is to review and delete records after 12 months, subject to the final company retention policy. You may request access or deletion by emailing guilicheng613@gmail.com.
What we do not request in first contact
Do not send passport details, payment-card information, medical records or other sensitive documents through an initial chat. If a supplier later requires a document, use the supplier’s official secure channel after verifying why it is needed.
Third-party channels and weather
Weather data is supplied by WeatherAPI.com. WhatsApp, email, telephone and other communication tools process messages under their own terms and privacy policies. Some providers may process data across borders. This page must be reviewed against the final company entity, jurisdictions, contracts and subprocessors before paid marketing or expanded analytics.
Marketing and deletion
We will not send marketing messages without the required consent. You may request deletion of website attribution records or ask how a contact record is being used by emailing the address above. The final policy should confirm the legal basis, response timeline and identity-verification method for such requests.
